With the ever-growing push for net zero, our industry is expected to explode in size, growing to a size never seen before, with a lack of young upcoming apprentices coming through and a national workforce lacking younger members, it’s important to tackle these issues practically and try to get our industry the recognition it deserves, by giving you, the engineers a voice.
